1. Clear renewal terms
Before you subscribe, we display the product or service, amount charged, billing frequency, included usage, renewal period, and how to cancel. A subscription automatically renews for the disclosed period at the disclosed price, plus applicable tax, until you cancel. We obtain affirmative consent through the checkout action and keep transaction records through our payment provider.
2. Published StandPost pilot pricing

Before paid launch, applicable taxes, renewal consent, receipts, and online cancellation will be presented and validated in checkout. Promotional pricing, trials, annual plans, and other products will have their own clear terms before enrollment.
3. Payment authorization and acknowledgment
When you select a recurring plan and complete checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method at the stated interval until cancellation. Stripe provides an electronic confirmation or receipt capable of being retained. Keep that confirmation for your records. It includes the transaction and access information available at purchase.
4. How to cancel online
You may cancel at any time without a cancellation fee. Use the Manage subscription or Billing control in the product account, or the manage-subscription link made available through Stripe billing communications. Follow the online cancellation control and confirm cancellation. There is no requirement to telephone or speak to a representative.
If the online control is unavailable, send an immediately accessible cancellation email to support@fogandironlabs.com with the subject “Cancel subscription.” Include the email address used at checkout and the product name; do not include payment-card details. We will process the cancellation without unnecessary delay.
5. Effect of cancellation
Unless stated otherwise at cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of the period already paid for and will not renew. Usage allowances do not roll over unless the plan expressly says they do. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account or User Content; separate deletion may be requested under the Privacy Policy.
6. Refunds
Except where law requires otherwise, fees are nonrefundable after digital access or included processing has been used. We will review duplicate, unauthorized, or erroneous charges and service failures caused by Fog & Iron. For a one-time workspace, request a cancellation before creating or processing the workspace. For a recurring plan, cancel before the next billing date to avoid the next charge. Contact billing support within 30 days of the charge so we can investigate promptly. Nothing here limits nonwaivable refund or cooling-off rights.
7. Failed payments
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and send notices asking you to update the payment method. We may limit or suspend access after reasonable notice if payment remains past due. You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation.
8. Price or material-term changes
We will provide notice of a material change and explain how to cancel. For a change to a recurring fee, California customers will receive notice no fewer than 7 days and no more than 30 days before the change takes effect, as applicable. If an annual automatic-renewal plan is introduced, required renewal reminders will be sent before renewal and annually as applicable.
