Company and availability notice

Fog & Iron Labs LLC is a California limited liability company (California File No. B20260384345). Service availability and purchase options are shown in the relevant product flow.

1. Project briefs are exploratory

A Custom App Studio project brief lets us understand a possible project and decide whether it may be a fit. It is not a quote, offer, acceptance, reservation of capacity, promise of delivery, or service agreement. Published starting prices are planning information, not a binding price or scope.

2. A signed agreement comes first

Custom-development work begins only after authorized representatives agree in writing to a statement of work, order form, or other written agreement. That agreement will identify the agreed scope, price, payment schedule, milestones, assumptions, approvals, timeline, change process, support, and any applicable privacy or security terms. The signed agreement controls if it differs from this notice or the website.

3. Scope, timing, and changes

Early discussions and estimates may change as we learn more. A delivery date, feature, integration, platform release, or budget is not committed unless it is included in a signed agreement. Requests outside an approved scope require written agreement before work begins.

4. Your materials and approvals

You are responsible for providing accurate project information and obtaining the rights, permissions, and approvals needed for materials, data, branding, content, and third-party services you ask us to use. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, government IDs, health information, private customer records, or other sensitive information through the project brief. If a project needs confidential or regulated information, the parties will first agree on an appropriate written process.

5. Third-party services and launch requirements

A project may depend on third-party platforms such as app stores, hosting, payments, email, analytics, AI, or integrations. Their terms, reviews, availability, fees, and technical changes are outside our control. Any ownership, licensing, account-access, data-processing, launch, or support arrangements will be addressed in the signed project agreement where applicable.

6. No professional advice

Custom App Studio discussions and deliverables are not legal, tax, insurance, regulatory, accessibility-certification, security-certification, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for obtaining advice appropriate to your business, users, industry, and launch markets.

7. Contact
